We closely monitor the updates for COVID-19 and meticulously follow the instructions set by both the World Health Organization (WHO), the Hellenic National Health Organization (EODY), and the Hellenic Tourism Organization (EOT).
Based on government orders and instructions, we will safely open and receive visitors for arrivals starting on 1st June, 2021, with the strict hygiene standards we have set, to ensure a safe, healthy and welcoming environment!
Our staff has been trained for Covid-19 and for all the necessary procedures in order to create a safe environment for our guests.
Hand sanitizers have been installed in public areas, including the reception area, shared bathrooms and offices.
We provide disinfectant, disposable masks and gloves to our staff, according to the instructions of Greek Organizstion of Public Health (EODY), but also to all our guests upon arrival, while at the same time we placed in the common areas and rooms special foot-operated for disposing of them.
We clean and disinfect all common areas with increased frequency, with special emphasis on frequent contact points.
We have placed special signs in all public areas, informing our guests, to keep their social distance, to wear masks where required and to take the prescribed personal hygiene measures.
Our accommodation was properly prepared for the safety of the health of our guests, according to the instructions of Greek Organizstion of Public Health (EODY), creating a special team for the management of suspected Covid-19 case, in collaboration with a network of doctors, to prevent and suppress any emergency medical event.
Also, according to the Greek legislation, but also according to the instructions of EODY, a Covid-19 file is kept in our accommodation, for our guests and our partners. In particular, we are obliged to record: Room Number, Name, Nationality, Passport Number, Country of Origin, Date of Birth, Date of Arrival and Departure and contact details (address, telephone, e-mail), for contact detection in case of suspected disease.
We proceeded to change the Check Out time until 11:00 and Check In from 16:00, so that there is the possibility to ventilate, clean and disinfect our rooms properly. We have adopted digital information, contactless transactions. We proceeded to special markings for the observance of safety distances. We placed a glass on the Reception. We provide disinfectant, masks and disposable gloves upon arrival of our guests. Finally, disinfection of frequent contact surfaces and all objects received or delivered to guests, is frequent and meticulous.
We removed the printed material, we removed most of the decorative elements, a large part of the additional equipment and clothing, which are now provided upon request. We take care of the air conditioners according to the manufacturer’s instructions and we set them in non-air circulation mode. We perform ventilation, cleaning and meticulous disinfection in all rooms when leaving, with the use of appropriate and approved cleaning and disinfectants and equipment (steam cleaners), with special emphasis on frequent contact points, head restraints – bed headboards, sinks, washbasin, taps, knobs, hair dryers, controls (especially in controls we use disposable covers), refrigerators, kettles, closets, hangers, safe boxes, sockets, switches, chairs, sofas, armchairs, etc. , while during your stay, the cleaning of the rooms and the change of clothes is done after consultation.
In the pool, during its operation, we carry out the scheduled regular inspections of chlorination (every 4 hours) and the pH of the water (every 8 hours), we perform regular cleaning of the surrounding area, we took care to observe the prescribed safety distances on the sunbeds. , tables and chairs, which are thoroughly disinfected after each use and we ensure the observance of a maximum number of bathers (1 person per 5 sq.m. of water surface, a total of 5 people in the pool and 1 in the whirlpool).
Other Departments – Common Areas
We have arranged the furniture in all the sections and the common areas, in such a way as to ensure, as the case may be, the social distance provided. At the same time, we have optimized the cleaning and disinfection instructions for all our departments with increased cleaning and disinfection actions of closed doors, with emphasis on frequent contact points and finally we have applied a maximum of visitors in all areas.
At the same time, however, we should point out the special features of our accommodation:
- In the reception for the safety of our guests, we have placed a glass.
- We support intact Check – In & Check – Out transactions.
- Before your arrival, you will receive a form with your details (name, passport number, phone number, country, nationality), so when you arrive you will just need to get the room key.
- We recommend the use of credit cards for all transactions.
- Our common areas are most, outdoor or semi-outdoor.
- Our private parking is open.
- The entrance to the rooms is through independent outdoor entrances.
- It is possible to choose the frequency and the way of cleaning the rooms.
